My Job Responsibilities are as follows:

  • CRM Management: lead input, lead organization, labeling, and marketing tasks related to CRM
  • All administrative tasks. Daily calendar and emails, following up with partners
  • Buyer/ Seller client management and communication
  • Monthly budget and record-keeping
  • Manage and update Social media accounts/ Enhancement of Social Media Content in Canva
  • Engagement, content creation, follower management
  • Event Planning, Project research management
  • Creating and Managing an email list
  • Creating and sending out a Bi-monthly Newsletter/ drip campaign on KV Core/ Kajabi
  • Creating presentations and marketing flyers as needed
  • Following up with past clients for Google reviews and Testimonials for Social Media
  • Tracking analytics from Social Media
  • Edit and post videos/virtual tours for the website, social media sites, YouTube, etc.
  • Taking down notes for minutes during meetings
  • Email Management - filtering, categorization, and clean up.
